Manager

Oversee daily operations. The primary role is to ensure the daily functioning of the restaurant and staff. Interviewing, hiring and training new employees. Articulate goals to ensure our company's success.

Cook

Responsibilities include setting up and stocking the kitchen with all the necessary supplies. Prepping food for service. Cooking menu items in communication with the rest of the kitchen staff.

Cashier / Front-Of-House

Manage sales transactions. Responsibilities include up-selling, customer satisfaction, reporting to store manager, greeting and checking on customers. Replenishing front of house items and maintaining the cleanliness of front of house and dining area. Includes food handling and oven expediting.
